Yes. We accept insurance as a form of payment, but we are not contracted with insurance companies. Coverage and customer responsibility vary by carrier and claim. We review pricing before glass is ordered or service is scheduled, and if insurance does not cover the full quoted amount, the customer may be responsible for the difference.

Most glass is sourced specifically for your vehicle so we can confirm the correct fit and options. Once we identify the part, we'll explain availability and schedule accordingly. Some glass arrives quickly; other parts may take several days. Providing the VIN early helps us check accurately.

Rock chip repair is primarily structural, not cosmetic. Its purpose is to stabilize the damaged area and help prevent spreading. The repaired area may remain visible from certain angles, in certain lighting, or as a small cosmetic mark. No repair can be guaranteed to disappear completely.

Most rock chip repairs cost $50–$70 depending on the size, location, and repair complexity. Additional repairable chips are typically $5–$10 each. Most repairs take approximately 30–60 minutes. We'll inspect the damage and explain whether repair or replacement is the safer option.

Yes. Mobile service is available when the vehicle, weather, repair, and calibration requirements allow the work to be completed safely outside the shop. Some ADAS procedures require controlled shop conditions. Vehicle pickup and return may be available in select cases; ask about availability when scheduling. Mobile service, pickup, and transportation are not guaranteed for every appointment.

We service most cars, trucks, SUVs, and many EVs. Tesla service is not currently offered. For classic or vintage vehicles, contact us with the VIN or available vehicle information and we'll check glass and parts availability.

We accept cash, check, card payments, and insurance subject to applicable claim terms. Cash and check are preferred. Card transactions include a 3% processing fee.
